In Reflex Boxing we teach "The Old School" way, with "The Modern" Fitness techniques. There is plenty of fitness, like jumping rope, pad work, shadow boxing, punching bags and footwork while learning the fundamentals of boxing from beginner to advanced.

We emphasis on weight loss, core work, increased agility and coordination, muscle tone and greater fitness with the result from boxing. Many people think that boxing is all about the arms but it is actually a cardio and strength work-out for the whole body. This class will get you in shape, looking good and feeling great.

The Reflex Centre Boxing coaches will teach you the boxing techniques same as the pros, so you can rest assure that you’re learning the correct boxing elements while gaining skills and confidence!
