Mixed Martial Arts

If you are interested in (MMA) Mixed Martial Arts Class training then you can qualify for this class now.

To qualify you need to have trained 1 month at the Reflex Centre.

This Class will incorporate a mixture of ground fighting (BJJ), stand-up striking (Muay Kickboxing), and also variety of takedowns.

Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) is the combat sport! Learning the techniques: generally fall into three categories: striking (punches and elbows, kicks and knees), grappling (clinches, takedowns and throws, ground fighting), and finishing holds (joint-locks, chokeholds).

MMA class is great for learning great skills work, increased agility and coordination, muscle tone and greater fitness!
