Rules And Regulations of The Reflex Centre


Reflex Centre is a club:
Everyone that trains here is a member and an integral part of the club. Reflex members respect each other, respect the training centre, respect the instructors and staff and everything works as a team effort. An important aspect of the smooth running of the centre is rules and etiquette. Please co-operate with them. It is a privilege to be part of Reflex and train at the Centre. Reflex is built on team work, friendships, loyalty and group development. There is no place for egos, excuses or selfishness.
About kid’s membership rules:
Payments are required in advance or within the first week of the term, and are priced for one term. Make up lesson can be made up with in the same term paid. There are no refunds or suspensions on memberships.
Terms and Conditions:
All Reflex training membership - No refunds on your training payment.
Ezypay: You acknowledge to 6 to 12 months training on Ezypay payments. After 6 to 12 months, Reflex Martial Arts Centre requires 7 days written notice of cancellation and must fill out a form here and done at the REFLEX CENTRE.
You acknowledge that you cannot teach Reflex Martial Arts techniques outside of the Reflex Centre Wollongong, without the written permission of Master Dominic Lavalle.
Reflex Martial Arts Centre program’s is designed to be used as an educational tool for the Reflex members.
Reflex Martial Arts Centre takes no responsibility for any injury or illness that may occur.


COVID SAFE:

Classes will be modified with government regulations to keep us safe and healthy.

Please use our hand sanitiser stations at the front entry and around our Reflex Centre. Our mats, floors, bathroom and training equipment are cleaned with disinfectant on a regular daily basis.

Gym sanitisation will be priority in light of the effects of Covid-19. Please note that all students must WASH HANDS before and after training. All students must also have their own boxing gloves, hand wraps and shin pads, no glove hire.

All training clothes and wraps are to be washed daily. Gloves & shin pads are also to be sanitised with your own wipes. Please bring Glen 20 to training each session. Please only wear clothes that have been washed daily, and bring a fresh CLEAN TOWEL to each session.

If you feel unwell in anyway or are experiencing flu-like symptoms such as coughing, a sore throat or fatigue, please stay home and call us! If you have been in contact with anyone diagnosed with COVID-19, or have travelled or returned from overseas in the last 14 days, please notify our staff beforehand!
