Reflex Boxing Class "The Modern" fitness practises while teaching "The Old School" method. While learning the fundamentals of boxing from beginner to advanced, there is lots of physical activity involved with the jump ropes, pad work, shadow boxing, working the punching bag, footwork and skill work.
Our boxing classes also emphasise weight loss, strengthening the core, improving agility and coordination, muscle tone, and overall fitness. Many people mistakenly believe that boxing is solely an arm exercise, but it’s a full-body cardio and strength workout. You will become fit and feel fantastic after joining this programme.
