Our Reflex coaches will pace you through our strength and conditioning classes. Designed to improve your strength, conditioning and power, each class emphasises the importance of technique and intensity to improve your performance.
Our Weights programs are varied and can change to provide different challenges! Students can also train individually in their own time or in the group class times listed above. These classes are supervised by your instructor to ensure students get the most out of their Strength & Conditioning and Reflex Fit training.
