Our new morning Reflex fit classes are the perfect start to your day with High-Intensity Interval weights training to raise your endorphins and improve your conditioning first thing in the morning. These classes have a range of benefits, including fat loss, building muscle, improving your strength, core and coordination, and finishing with a cardio bag workout!
Our Weights programs are varied and can change to provide different challenges! Students can also train individually in their own time or in the group class times listed above. These classes are supervised by your instructor to ensure students get the most out of their Strength & Conditioning and Reflex Fit training.
